Performa, Inc. announced the successful transition of the company’s ownership and leadership effective January 5, 2018. Douglas R. Page, previous President and COO, is now the President and CEO. Jeff Kanzelberger has stepped into the Chairman and Founder position. Doug and Jeff co-founded Performa, Inc. in 1995 with a small, tight-knit group of architects and engineers with a clear purpose to help organizations succeed by collaboratively designing superior performing environments™ that facilitate organizational success.

Additional Management Changes
Brian Beth is our new Director of Operations. His ability to manage people, projects, budgets, and timelines provide him an exceptional skill set for this new role. Brian has been with Performa since we were founded and was previously our Resource Director.
Todd Hietpas has taken on a new position as Client Executive. Todd was previously Director of Project Management and has experience as an architect, project manager, and owner’s representative while working with Performa. Todd brings an Owner’s perspective to client engagements from his time as a director and corporate real estate executive where he secured and directed A/E services. Todd will have a critical role in the development, communications, and delivery of key Performa client projects.
Matt Marek is our new Vice President of Capital Strategies. Matt has the ability to grasp and add value to our client’s strategic aspirations. In his new role at Performa, he will focus on this as we accelerate the pace and scale of our market penetration. He is instrumental in strategic planning, innovation, market development and client relations. Matt Marek was previously our Director of Engineering.
Brian Teddy joins the management team at Performa as Director of Engineering, leading the engineering group. Brian joined Performa, Inc. in 2016 contributing to both our electrical engineering and project management teams. Brian has extensive leadership experience and will be a great benefit to the entire team and clients.
