A Catalyst for Downtown Vitality.
Although built on an extremely tight urban site, One Menasha Center graciously stands back from the lot line thanks to the building’s uniquely angled northeast corner. Performa designed the seven-story, 120,000 square-foot downtown office building to exude pride of place, history, and progress. That pride is evident in the careful consideration given to the palate of materials used and the scale of the building’s exterior. A handsome brick anchors velvety grey precast panels, while Pennsylvania Bluestone is used to clad the entrances, playing off the anodized metal of the building and emphasizing the river-blue glass.
Inside, the building’s oversized windows rise from one foot off the floor and continue uninterrupted to the nearly 10-foot ceilings. The extremely deep 42’ clear floor plates allow for ease in changing tenant spaces and reprogramming needs while providing an uncluttered, visually expansive view across the floor plate to the surrounding community beyond.
This modern and elegant solution both honors its community’s past and creates a starting point for its reinvention. It provides a signature experience and represents a calling card for the companies that call it home.
